This website is operated by Hotel Tabasco. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hotel Tabasco. Hotel Tabasco offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Prices for our products and hotel bookings are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Certain products or services (such as room reservations or specific boutique items) may be available exclusively online through the website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 month (30 days) before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 1 month before the arrival date are non-refundable, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Smoking Policy: Hotel Tabasco is a 100% smoke-free establishment. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor common areas. Non-compliance will result in a penalty fee.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of certified service animals (please notify us in advance).
• Smoking Violation Penalty: Hotel Tabasco is a strict 100% smoke-free property. If evidence of smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or vaping) is found in your room, a cleaning and room recovery fee of $150 USD will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

  Key Loss and Property Damage: A fee of $30 USD will be charged for any lost, unreturned, or damaged room keys. In the event of damage to hotel property, furniture, or equipment, the customer will be billed for the full cost of repair or replacement, with a minimum charge of $30 USD depending on the damage.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like Shopify plugins) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries or reviews) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
In no case shall Hotel Tabasco, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hotel Tabasco and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
